‘CSM Build’ are committed to protecting you the customer in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. This policy outlines our ongoing obligations in respect of how we manage your Personal Information which we collect upon request for Quote. 

We ensure that the Personal Information we collect about you is protected and is used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy. 

1. Personal Information Collected

a. Is information that You volunteer to Us, such as information required during our sign up process and quoting request. 

b. The kinds of Personal Information we collect are:  

· Name 

· Residential Address 

· Date of Birth 

· Email Address 

· Phone Number 

c. Your personal information will be collected only Voluntarily by You and used in the following manner: 

1. Drawing up Quotes or Contracts 

2. Notifications about events or promotions 

3. General emails from us 

4. Provide you with the latest range of products 

d. From time to time we may request information from you to assist us in improving our product, goods and services. For example we may ask you to answer a questionnaire regarding your review on our products. You may Unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing system at any time by contacting us via email. 

e. If at any time you require your personal information to be updated eg. Email address, phone number, residential address. Contact our customer service line directly to discuss changes and a confirmation email will be sent for your records. ‘CSM Build’ will never ask for your bank details when updating your personal information.

2. Third Parties 

a. We provide your personal information to a Third Party Service Provider to help serve you via the product. To assist with information storage (such as cloud storage). 

b. We use third party service providers to fulfil orders in relation to the product. 

c. We use a Third Party Service Provider to host the Product, allowing access to Your Personal Information. 

d. However, We only share Your Personal Information with a Third Party Service Provider if that Provider agrees to Our privacy standards as set out in this privacy policy. 

e. We will not knowingly share your personal information with any third parties other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

f. If your Personal Information is provided to a third party in a manner that is outside of this privacy policy you will be notified and given the opportunity to request not to be shared. 

We promise not to SPAM. We guarantee your Personal Information will not be shared, sold or rented to any outside organisation for any reason unless authorised by you the customer. 

3. Complaints

If at any time you feel there has been a breach of the Privacy Policy we have a strict procedure to rectify by contacting our services department via email or phone and completing an official complaints form. Our first initial response will be to remove your Personal Information from our accounts program for security to any further breach. We guarantee your complaint will be analysed professionally and you will have a response within 7 working days. 

4. Cookies

a. Cookies are small files stored on your computer or mobile device which collect information about your browsing behaviour. 

b. Our site uses ‘Cookies’ to utilise our site completely please confirm you allow the use of ‘Cookies’ whilst browsing. These ‘cookies’ do not access information stored on your computer or any personal information eg. Name, address, email, phone number. 

5. Payment Security

Bank details will be used only as per contract agreement and for the purchase of your product after which will never be stored on our account settings or customer details or any third party that may access our site. We will never keep any details of your Bank within our company.
